My representative was Larry McAnarny, who was very concerned that I understood everything necessary to apply for a reverse mortgage. He was there for me the whole step of the way to advise me or help me make a decision. Larry gave me the good and bad specifics and I had to make all the decisions. Regardless of how unimportant I thought my questions were, or how often I contacted,Larry, he assured me that they were valid, and gave me his time to clarify and answer my questions. I am happy and feel very secure and comfortable with the counseling I received I HIGHLY recommend Larry with 10+ rating from me.

I Give Larry 10 Stars! We looked at the reverse mortgage as a way to help increase our monthly income. We initially looked at selling our home but decided we really wanted to stay in our home. We were given Larry’s name by a Realtor and the rest is history. There were challenges that needed to be overcome, but Larry helped us through everything. I would recommend him to anyone. I give him 10 Stars!!

Larry Explained the Whole Process, Very Patient Larry was very patient and explained the whole process. I'm deaf so Larry worked with my hearing senior services people to get me the plan I needed.
